Sales Rabbit has stitched its roofing buys into one product. On Sept. 22, 2026, the Lehi, Utah, field-sales company [announced Roof Rabbit](https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/sales-rabbit-launches-roof-rabbit-to-take-roofing-contractors-from-first-lead-to-final-payment-302882488.html?ref=ridgereport.news), a single platform that runs canvassing, instant online quoting, production, CRM and payments under one login. It opened in limited release the same day, with contractors applying for early access at roofrabbit.ai.

The parts aren’t new. Sales Rabbit bought RoofLink for its roofing CRM and production software in November 2024 and Roofle for its instant-quoting engine in January 2026\. Roof Rabbit combines Sales Rabbit’s door-knocking tools, Roofle’s quoting and RoofLink’s production and payments into one system — the company calls it the “only connected machine” that takes a job from first lead to final payment.

What it means for your crew

- Running RoofLink or Roofle today? Ask your rep what Roof Rabbit means for your account — the launch release doesn’t lay out a migration path.
- Before reps quote at the door in “under 30 seconds,” check those numbers against your own measurements and pricing.
- Pricing isn’t in the announcement — get it in writing before you commit.
- Access is limited for now; Sales Rabbit says it will expand “in the weeks ahead,” and early access includes done-for-you setup.

## What Roof Rabbit claims to do

From the launch release and [Roofing Contractor’s Sept. 28 coverage](https://www.roofingcontractor.com/articles/102736-sales-rabbit-launches-roof-rabbit?ref=ridgereport.news):

- **At the door:** Canvassing and lead generation from Sales Rabbit, which says its field-sales platform is used by more than 225,000 sales reps across industries.
- **On your website:** Roofle’s instant quoting lets homeowners pull a full estimate any time of day. The release says Roofle has delivered more than 2.4 million estimates from aerial measurement data and that more than 3,000 contractor sites quote online with it.
- **Closing:** Reps can build a quote in under 30 seconds, according to the company.
- **After the signature:** Signed proposals flow straight into production with no re-keying, and the same system handles materials, crew scheduling and payment.
- **Early access:** Full product, done-for-you setup and a direct line to the build team.

One number to watch: Roofing Contractor quotes Roofle co-founder Travis Harvego, now with Sales Rabbit, saying in a LinkedIn post that the engine is “more than 5 million estimates” in — higher than the 2.4 million figure in the company’s own Sept. 22 release. Either way, it’s a big data set behind the quoting tool.

## The pitch: kill the handoffs

“In roofing, the contractor who gets to the homeowner first and closes fastest wins,” Sales Rabbit CEO Ben Alves said. “The time between the knock and the collected check is where deals are made or lost.”

Jesse Mahan, a founding collaborator on RoofLink, pointed at the back office: “After the contract is signed, you still have to manage materials, coordinate crews, track the job, and collect the money. That’s where a lot of revenue disappears.”

That’s a fair description of how many shops run: a canvassing app, a measurement report, a CRM, a spreadsheet for production and a separate payment portal, with an office manager re-typing data between them. It’s the same push toward fewer, better-connected tools we covered with EagleView’s [interactive 3D roof reports](https://www.ridgereport.news/eagleview-one-interactive-3d-roof-reports-roofers-2026/).

## Questions to ask before you switch

The release doesn’t include pricing, a general-availability date or details on how existing RoofLink and Roofle customers move over. It also doesn’t say how Roof Rabbit handles insurance-restoration work — supplements, photo documentation and adjuster communication — which matters for storm shops. If that’s your business, keep your [field-photo workflow for supplements](https://www.ridgereport.news/field-photo-workflows-win-supplements/) in place until you’ve seen it work.

Instant quotes are only as good as the measurements and price books behind them. Run a handful of jobs through the system side by side with your current estimates before you let reps close on a 30-second number.
